Once you submit your order, kindly wait for an e-mail within 24 hours for your Order Confirmation. Receiving your Order Confirmation means that your order is in process.
When you receive your Order Confirmation, kindly prepare to pay for your order. The total amount owed is the "Grand Total" on your Invoice. Your Invoice will be attached with the following information:

Orders must be picked up within 2 days of receiving the Confirmation E-mail

Please bring the Invoice and a valid photo ID upon pickup. If you will send someone else to pick your items up, please inform TNBT beforehand.
Orders not accounted for within the allotted time frame will automatically be cancelled.
All orders paid for are final. TNBT has a no return, no exchange, and no refund policy.
